In these sessions, we show you how trauma from the past can impact how we behave in the present. In addition, we may want to change something, yet something holds us back. Sometimes we want to take action, but we don’t. Our desire to change may be in our conscious mind. However our subconscious mind may have other ideas. As a result, we end up more confused or dejected.

Counselling & psychotherapy for trauma & stress

The psychotherapy for trauma sessions help to deal with all forms of trauma from our past. Therapy sessions differ from coaching. Therapy help us to identify how our past can negatively influence our present. Whereas, coaching helps us to grow and develop. At enlightenment, we use the therapy sessions to help you to heal. Above all, we help you to understand where the negative feelings come from. We develop more helpful ways of managing them. When we understand, we can change the way we look at situations.
